Introduction to Mindfulness

A practical course set over 4 one hour weekly sessions or a half day workshop. This course is for those seeking to enhance their health & wellbeing. 

The guidance will invite you to embrace your whole experience as it happens, moment by moment with acceptance.

The Grow Retreat

Therapist led one day in-person program for people looking to reset – to feel calm, focused and connected.

The Grow Method

Emotional Integration Meditation for deep healing. A breathwork, meditation & integration program to overcome self-limiting beliefs and connect within yourself. 

Available as 1:1 or small group program.

Growing with Mindfulness - Advanced course

A practical course set over 4 1.5 hour sessions (or full day workshop).

 

Expand your mindfulness practice and discover advanced techniques to create focus, and strengthen connections with both yourself and those around you.

The Grow Retreat - Online Version

​An online version of the in-person retreat is available for those who wish to work through the content at their own pace.
